Rough Top Conveyor Belts

Allianz offers premium Rough Top Conveyor Belts, designed specifically to handle materials safely on inclined surfaces without the risk of rollback. Constructed with two or three plies of high-strength NN (Nylon-Nylon) or EP (Polyester-Nylon) fabric carcass with cut edges, these belts deliver exceptional strength and flexibility under demanding operating conditions.

The top surface features a wear-resistant, non-slip rubber cover with a textured "rough" finish that provides superior grip and minimizes material movement. This special surface texture effectively resists sliding, ensuring secure and controlled transportation even on steep inclines. Beyond grip, the rough top design also delivers a cushioning effect, absorbing shocks, vibrations, and impacts during operation — protecting both the conveyor system and the materials being transported.

Available with either a bottom cover or a bare back (ideal for slider bed applications), our Rough Top Belts can easily handle material transportation at inclination angles of 25° to 30°, depending on the nature of the load.
